Lugareno Property Management Services Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Lugareno Property Management, including property rental and management services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their property rental reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time may be subject to fees.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent a property from Lugareno Property Management is 21 years old. Proof of age may be required at the time of rental.
Insurance Requirement: Clients must show proof of insurance coverage for the rented property or purchase insurance through Lugareno Property Management at the time of rental. Insurance options and terms will be provided upon request.
Rate Changes: Lugareno Property Management reserves the right to change rental rates at any time without prior notice. The rates applicable to your reservation will be provided at the time of booking.
E-Signature Agreement: You will be required to electronically sign the terms and rental agreement before renting a property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be required before renting a property. The deposit will be refunded upon the termination of the lease agreement, subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding rent.
Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
Modification of Terms: Lugareno Property Management reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
